حرمت والے مہینے اسلام میں

اسلامی ثقافت میں، مقدس مہینے یا ناقابل تنسیخ مہینے اسلامی کیلنڈر کے چار مہینے ہیں (ذوالقعدہ، ذوالحجہ، محرم اور رجب)۔ ان مہینوں میں لڑائی حرام ہے سوائے جارحیت کے جواب کے۔ الشافعی اور بہت سے علماء کرام حرمت والے مہینوں میں میت کے فتوے پر گئے۔ اس روایت کا مقصد حاجیوں، تاجروں اور دیگر افراد کو بازاروں یا عبادت گاہوں میں جانے اور بحفاظت گھر واپس آنے کے قابل بنانا تھا۔

اسلام سے پہلے ان کی اہمیت

اسلام سے پہلے ترمیم ابراہیم کے قانون میں مقدس مہینے اہم تھے، اور عربوں نے لڑائی سے منع کیا تھا۔ یہ سلسلہ اس وقت تک جاری رہا جب تک کہ عربوں نے اپنے کیلنڈر میں نسی کا استعمال شروع کر دیا جس کی وجہ سے کچھ سالوں میں مقدس مہینوں کی عدم موجودگی تھی۔ اس کا تذکرہ قرآن مجید میں انکار اور ممانعت کی صورت میں کیا گیا ہے: "بے شک، [مقدس مہینوں کے اندر پابندی] کا التوا کفر میں اضافہ ہے جس سے کافر گمراہ ہوتے ہیں، وہ اسے ایک سال حلال کرتے ہیں۔ اور دوسرے سال حرام کر دیے تاکہ اللہ کی حرام کردہ تعداد کے مطابق ہو اور جس چیز کو اللہ نے حرام کیا ہو اسے حلال کر دے۔ [قرآن 9:37] عربی میں التوا کا لفظ "نسی" ہے۔ آیت عربی میں بھی یہ لفظ استعمال کرتی ہے۔ جزیرہ نما عرب میں عربوں نے مقدس مہینوں میں جنگ نہ کرنے کا عہد کیا، لیکن قبائل "بنی خثم" اور "طائی کے بیٹے" نے نافرمانی کی، کیونکہ وہ اس وقت جنگ کر رہے تھے۔

اسلام میں اہمیت

 قرآن مجید میں ارشادات 

تدوین قرآن میں قرآن مجید میں ان مقدس مہینوں کا تذکرہ کیا گیا ہے: "بے شک مہینوں کی تعداد اللہ کے نزدیک بارہ مہینے ہے (ایک سال میں)، تو کیا یہ اللہ نے اس دن مقرر کیا تھا جب اس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کیا تھا، ان میں سے چار حرمت والے ہیں۔ یہی سیدھا دین ہے، لہٰذا اس میں اپنے آپ پر ظلم نہ کرو، اور مشرکین سے مل کر لڑو جس طرح وہ تم سے مل کر لڑتے ہیں، لیکن جان لو کہ اللہ پرہیزگاروں کے ساتھ ہے۔" (قرآن 9:36) آیت "اپنے آپ پر ظلم نہ کرو" کے بارے میں قتادہ نے کہا: "مقدس مہینوں میں ظلم دوسروں کے مقابلے میں بہت بڑا گناہ اور ناانصافی کا باعث ہے، اگرچہ ظلم بہرحال بہت بڑا گناہ ہے، لیکن خدا جو چاہتا ہے اس کی بڑائی کرتا ہے۔" فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنی مخلوق میں سے صفیہ کو منتخب کیا، فرشتوں میں سے رسولوں کو منتخب کیا، لوگوں میں سے رسولوں کا انتخاب کیا، اور زمین سے مساجد کا انتخاب کیا، اور ماہ رمضان اور حرمت والے مہینوں کو مہینوں میں سے چن لیا، اور دنوں میں سے جمعہ کا انتخاب کیا، راتوں سے طاقت کی رات.

سنت نبوی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم یا احادیث

نبوی سنت میں ترمیم کریں جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی حدیث میں ان مہینوں کا تذکرہ کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس دن اللہ تعالیٰ نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کیا اس دن وقت نے اپنی شکل بدل دی، بارہ مہینے جن میں چار حرمتیں ہیں، تین ترتیبیں: ذوالقعدہ، ذی الحجہ۔ جمادی الثانی اور شعبان کے درمیان ذی الحجہ اور محرم اور رجب مدّر۔

Sacred months in Islam

       In Islam culture, the sacrosanct months or sacred months are four months of the Islamic schedule (Dhu al-Qadah, Dhu'l-Hijjah, Muharram and Rajab). Battling is prohibited during these months besides because of hostility. Al-Shaafa'i and a considerable lot of researchers went to the fatwa of the expired during the hallowed months.    Importance of sacred months before islam

This was mentioned in the Quran in the form of denial and prohibition: "Indeed, the postponing [of restriction within sacred months] is an increase in disbelief by which those who have disbelieved are led [further] astray. They make it lawful one year and unlawful another year to correspond to the number made unlawful by Allah and [thus] make lawful what Allah has made unlawful. Made pleasing to them is the evil of their deeds; and Allah does not guide the disbelieving people." [Qur'an 9:37

         In Arabic, the word for deferring is "Nasee". The refrain, in Arabic, likewise utilizes this word.

The Arabs in the Arabian Peninsula invested in not battle during the heavenly months, yet the clans "the children of Khatham" and "the children of Ta'i" resisted, as they were taking up arms around then.

Importance in Islam

Islamic customs amplify these months and prohibit Muslims from disregarding them.

Verses in Quran

These blessed months are referenced in the Quran: "Verily, the quantity of months with Allah is a year (in a year), so was it appointed by Allah on the Day when He made the sky and the earth; of them four are hallowed. That is simply the right religion, so off-base not in that, and battle against the Mushrikin (worshipers of another god) altogether as they battle against you all things considered. However, realize that Allah is with the individuals who have Taqwa". (Quran 9:36)

Of the stanza, "Don't off-base yourselves", Qatada said: "The unfairness in the sacrosanct months is a more noteworthy sin and a wellspring of foul play than in others, despite the fact that treachery is an extraordinary sin at any rate, yet God amplifies what he needs." He said: "God picked Safaya from his creation, picked couriers from heavenly messengers, couriers from individuals, and picked mosques from the land, and picked the long periods of Ramadan and the holy months, from months, and picked Friday from the days, and picked evening of force from the evenings.

According to Hadith or Sunnah of Prophet (pbuh)

At the point when Prophet Muhammad referenced these months in his Hadith, he said: "The time has turned its structure on the day God made the sky and the earth, the a year, including four asylums; three groupings: Dhul Qa'dah, Dhu al-Hijjah and Muharram, and Rajab Mudar, among Jumada and Sha'baan."
